yesterday Austin took me on the best date ever!
i wore a new t-shirt i got on clearance that is super cute (cheap + pretty=best combo) and heels. i like dressing up. he likes it too.
dinner @ goodwood, a really good barbecue type restaurant. pulled pork and chicken=delicious. mm mmm mm.
ICE BLOCKING! for those of you who don't know (aka mother), you buy blocks of ice from the grocery store, put a towel on them, then slide down a grassy hill. i had never been before! it was soooooo fun! Caroline and Boy Jamie joined us for this activity--first "double" we'd ever been on with them (how sad). that should happen more in the future. anyway, it's scary at first but oh so fun. loved it.
the curious case of benjamin button. it's such a long movie. we're watching it in installments. part two is tonight. it's ok so far but so long and i was kinda distracted during it so didn't get that into it. but i really want to finish it.
it was so nice to go on a date. a really good one. :)
in other news, i biked to work today and completely sweated through my scrubs. cute, huh. but! the amazing thing about scrubs is how quickly they dry off. so by the time i had finished lunch (magleby's from a drug rep! oh how i love free lunches) they were dry! awesome. also, the main doctor is at scout camp this weekend so i only had to come in for the afternoon. aka i only have like 5 hours of work left already! happy day. i very much enjoyed sleeping in this morning. and yes, i still have fridays off. life is good.
also, i danced to justin bieber while brushing my teeth this morning. i wish i could start every morning that way.

1. Ice blocking is the best! We used to do it all the time for Mutual, but then the people who owned the hill told us to stop since we were ruining their grass...anyway! It's so fun! Yay!
2. The guy who owns Magleby's' daughter used to be our neighbor here at Wymount. We're famous! :)
